Funny school things we knew or should know now!

Donna Breen and I were very close and lived not far from each other. We always had a lot of the same interests. Now going back to Junior High (I hate Middle School) we were in Mr. Lloyds science class. We had to go outside and find 5 bugs for a test. Ick. All we could find was one lousy worm. Well, friends that we are, Donna split the worm so we each had a bug. I remember Mr. Lloyd eyeing the worm suspiciously, and said that doesn't look like a real worm. Well, we held up Donna's and said here is another on just like it!!! Needless to say, we didn't get an A but we didn't flunk either. Also I remember when we were testing our blood types. I cannot poke myself to save my life. Donna to the rescue again. Mission accomplished. Just think how things are changed in those years. People would freak thinking of touching or mixing blood on a slide. Thank you Donna. It no wonder you are a nurse. After the work incident maybe you should think of Surgeon!! So many good memories with you. Thanks!!!
