- Updates to site content using material you provide. We provide formatting of digital images, basic copy editing upon request, and all related updates to site pages and site navigation.
- Telephone support for your issues related to the appearance or operation of the site
- Periodic review of your site to verify it is working properly and links to other sites are still valid.
- Where appropriate maintenance of required licenses related to your site
- First priority for the implementation of site enhancements not covered by your Web Master Service agreement

To determine how much support you will need, we start each Web Master Service relationship on an hourly rate basis, but once we feel that we understand your needs, we offer our service at a low, fixed monthly fee, based on your need. That way you get our best rate and pay for only the level of service you need.
